Cancellation Policy
Rental Cancellation
For rented goods totaling 1-5 costumes, there is no Cancellation fee. Rentals totaling 6+ costumes, cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the “Out Date” will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within this window will be billed a processing/restocking fee of $100.
Alteration Cancellation
There is no cancellation fee before clothing articles are dropped off to our office location to be atlered. Cancellation after drop off will result in a fee of $15 per clothing article.
Costume Creation Cancallation
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the completion date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within this window will be billed a fee of $100.
